Helpful tips for your wedding day styling
We’re excited to help you look your best for your wedding day! Please be sure to read our policies, cancellation information, previews, and deposit and payment information, so your appointment goes smoothly.
Here are some tips to help your styling day go smoothly:
- Plan on a 20% gratuity, per service. If you plan on a manicure or hair style, or make-up applied, it’s much appreciated to tip your salon professional.
- Have everyone arrive 15 minutes early and give everyone accurate directions
- Advise members of your bridal party that they must go with their styling plan, as we may not have time to change a style (blow-out to an up-do, for example). A change in styles will also incur extra fees
- Do not arrive with wet hair. Hair must be completely dried before you arrive at the salon.
- If possible, wear a button down shirt (men and women). This will help you easily change into your wedding attire without messing up your hair.
- Let us know if you’d like something to eat or drink as you and your party receive styling.
- Be sure to let us know at the time of booking if you or your party would like manicures or makeup applied.
- No waxing for the wedding day! Schedule all waxing services a few days ahead.
- Get your men pampered as well! We also specialize in men’s styling and beard grooming. If you prefer to have your men’s party separate than your bridesmaids, be sure to schedule that with us.
- Mothers of the bride and mother-in-laws are welcome too! We want to do everything possible to help you enjoy your day.
Our salon services are often booked far in advance and changes within 14 days may or may not be possible, but we will do everything possible to accommodate any changes as long as there time, and availability with our stylists. We greatly appreciate your efforts to finalize all service needs as early as possible in your planning process. Your party may not be booked unless there is a deposit made on the date of initial booking. Please tell all members of your bridal party to arrive 15 minutes prior to all of their scheduled appointments.

We’re excited to help you look your best for your wedding day! Please be sure to read our policies, cancellation information, previews, and deposit and payment information, so your appointment goes smoothly.
Any person who is running late in your party will be given ONLY the remaining amount of time slotted for their services, but WILL be charged Full Price of the service, regardless of the time spent with the stylist. Please discuss times, and directions with your bridal party to ensure that everyone is running on the same timely manner.
Anyone in your party who books as a blow-dry only, but decides to switch to an up-do, or has an appointment for an up-do and changes to a blow-dry will be charged accordingly ( given there is appropriate time for service change). We cannot guarantee that customers who change from the bridal party styling booking plan will have time for services that vary from the original plan.
Anyone who arrives for an up-do appointment with wet hair will be charged for an extra fee for a blow dry (again, given if there enough time for the stylist to do so). Not every stylist does up-do work, therefore it is extremely important to make sure appointments are 100% correct at time of booking.
On-site styling
We’re happy to travel to your wedding destination. However, If you decide to have your wedding party styled off site and have our stylists travel to you, the costs of any service is doubled, and depending on the destination and mileage there may be an additional mileage charge. Also, please be aware not all locations offer the facilities for services such as wash, blow-dry, and other styling services. This will depend on the amenities and power outlets at your venue, so it’s imperative you check ahead of time before you schedule for off-site styling.
Any appointments booked before normal salon hours (9am) will have an extra additional fee of $25.00 added to each service requested.
Cancellations
We must be notified of any cancellations (you or someone in your party) 30 days in advance. Please be sure to note our policies for deposits and payments if you determine you must cancel your appointment, or appointments for your bridal party.
Previews
Preview styling is the ‘dress rehearsal’ for your wedding day style. This is to help you determine the look you want with your bridal accessories or veil. While we’ll do everything possible to repeat this exact look, the precise look of your style on your wedding day may vary slightly. Please be sure to bring the hair accessories you’d like to use for your wedding day so we can determine the style that you like best.
Deposits & Payments
Bridal services (whether individual or as an entire bridal party) requires a 50% deposit, and payment either before your styling day or at the time of service. (Let us know if you’re selecting a la carte services, or desire to have bridal party members pay individually.) Please note that deposits are non-refundable unless cancellations are received within one week of your original booking and deposit. We appreciate your understanding in this matter, as some bridal packages will require the booking of one or more assistants.
For members of the wedding party that do not show up for their scheduled appointment services, there will no refund given.
